To simplify billing, and by popular request, we no longer compute “by the word”.
Transcription rates are a flat $3.50 per page, double spaced, on numbered pleading paper. Rush, Holiday and difficult or problem projects* at $5.00 per page.
Accepting projects from Courts, Attorneys, Prosecutors, Investigators, Law Enforcement, Government and Administrative Agencies, Certified Court Reporters (C.C.R.’s), Insurance Companies, Journalists, Closed Captioning and others.
Simply print and complete the attached quick order form to send with your transcription request, whether Tapes, CD's or DVD's.
NEW FOR 2008!
Fresno Transcription Service is pleased to announce that we can now convert your audio tapes into popular MP3 CD formats. This service is especially helpful for the attorney who wishes to listen to witness testimony in his or her vehicle on the way to court or deposition. The cost for this service is only $20.00 with additional copies at $5.00 each.
Projects from outside of the Fresno-Clovis area (and Nationwide) will be sent via USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS or other traceable delivery service.
We ask they are delivered to us by USPS Priority.

If requested, we can also make an audio cassette or CD from your video or audio tape. (This service is often used by attorneys who wish to study or review the tapes while driving.). Other format conversions and/or copies are also available, just ask! If by some chance of fate we can't do it, we will be more than happy to refer you.
